modular All-terrain robotThis an all-terrain platform that can easily accept various attachment depending on it's intended use. The attachment seen here is a pan-tilt turret that can hold an airsoft gun. Below are videos of the 1st and 2nd iteration of this robot. This is designed with the consideration of how it will be manufactured and what tools I have at my disposal. The design came to life by the use of CNC milling, 3D printing, waterjet cutting, lathe, and various off-the-shelf parts.

Custom racing quadcopterThe world of quadcopter racing fascinated me. Therefore I went on designing and creating my own custom quadcopter frame. The frame is machined from 4mm thick carbon fiber plate, and the canopy cover is made from resin cast plastic. See videos below on how I machined the frame and how I cast molded the canopy cover.

golden state warriors logoWith the Golden State Warriors making it to the NBA finals in 2015, I though it would be fun to make a badge that I can wear as a necklace that shows my support for my city's team before I watch their game. This badge is 3D printed. My 3D printer can only print 1 color at a time, therefore a tricolor effect is achieved by changing different color filaments when a desired layer is reached by the nozzle of the printer.

custom 3d printer - large formatThis is a completely custom 3d printer. The printing bed measures 12x12" and the nozzle can rise up to 12" from the bed. The bed is heated enabling printing of ABS. This printer can print any commercially available filaments that can be printed with temperatures of up to 300 Celsius.
